Conversely, poor patient satisfaction can lead to negative consequences, such as reduced reimbursement, a tarnished reputation, and diminished patient trust. Therefore, healthcare organizations must continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction to ensure both financial stability and the provision of high-quality care.

The Role of Nursing in Patient Satisfaction
